RSB Lettings fees
Standard Landlord Let only fee £299.00 no vat applied at present and if we do not let your quality property within 8 weeks we only charge 50% of the fee. 
(we have the right to introduce any promotional fees when we feel it approporiate)

Includes a "TO LET" board installed at the property.
Includes carrying out viewings.
Includes credit referencing, credit checks on both tenants and guarantors.

Includes lodging bond into our accredited scheme.

RSB Lettings standard Management fees
1 - 3 properties 12%
4 - 10 properties 10%
11 - onwards 8%

First and very important on signing our maintenance agreement you will immediately
have access to our web based management system, allowing you to see your account,
viewings etc and see how we are doing. This can be accessed from anywhere 24/7 and
it is free to our landlords on management.
